Refunds & Returns

At First Pick Kids, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy.


1. 30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products or online courses

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personalised or custom-made items (if applicable)


3. How to Start a Return

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us and we will assist you where possible.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
