What Happens in Weekend Kids Fitness Program?

🕘 Warm-up Games (0–10 mins)
Light games and dynamic stretches that wake up the body, build focus, and get kids ready to move.

⚡ 10–40 min — Skill & Fitness Games
Play-based circuits that develop running, jumping, balancing, and reacting — all while having fun with friends.

🎯 40–60 min — Team Play & Cool-Down
Group challenges and cooperative games to practise new skills, followed by gentle stretches and breathing to relax.
Kids Fitness Program FAQs
Is this program suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our Weekend Kids Fitness Program is designed for children aged 4–8 of all ability levels — including complete beginners.
Each activity is play-based and focuses on movement, coordination, and fun, not competition. Coaches adapt the difficulty based on each child’s confidence and ability.
What does my child do during the session?
Every 60-minute session includes a warm-up, movement games, balance and coordination circuits, and cool-down stretches.
We use our signature 5+3 Development System — 5 physical qualities (speed, strength, endurance, agility, flexibility) and 3 neural skills (reaction, balance, coordination).
What should my child bring to class?
Just comfortable sportswear, runners, and a water bottle.
All training equipment is provided by our coaches, including mats, cones, and agility tools.
Optional: bring your own towel or favourite drink bottle.
Do parents need to stay during the class?
Parents are welcome to stay and watch!
We provide a safe, structured environment, but many families enjoy staying to observe or take photos from the sidelines.
You can also drop off and return at the end of the session if your child feels comfortable.
Can we join anytime during the term?
Yes! The program runs all year round, and families can join at any time.
We’ll adjust your fee based on the remaining weeks in the term so you only pay for the sessions you attend.
