Is this suitable for complete beginners?

No experience needed, our classes are designed for ages 4–8.

What should my child wear and bring?

Comfortable sportswear, runners, and a water bottle and a basketball

Can parents watch the class?

Yes, parents are welcome to stay and watch.

Our coaches are patient and experienced; we take time to help every child feel comfortable.

What’s your cancellation policy for trial classes?

Free cancellation or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice.
